United States

Eligibility: Full-price purchases can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return Fee: A $23 AUD (approx. $15 USD*) return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Return Method: U.S. returns are processed through our warehouse and shipped via USPS.

Australia & New Zealand

Eligibility: Full-price purchases can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return Fee: A $15 AUD return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit ($25 AUD for New Zealand).
Return Method: Australian returns are shipped via Australia Post. New Zealand returns are shipped via FedEx.

International

Eligibility: Full-price purchases can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return Fee: A $25 AUD (approx. $15 USD*) return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Return Method: International returns are shipped via FedEx.

*USD amounts are approximate and subject to exchange rates.

Return Conditions

• Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty.
• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed — with swing tags attached.
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
• Refunds are not available for gift cards.
• Any order discrepancies or issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds & Credit Notes

Refund – Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Note that any original shipping costs are not refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Credit Note – If preferred, a credit note will be issued as a gift card and sent via email. It includes a unique code redeemable online and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
